I think that's a pretty good example of a community you don't want to live in
It's funny but at the point she fell down what kind of person laughs and continues to taunt her? She's obviously in distress regardless of what you think of her personally she is a human being and in need of assistance if only a calming pressence or a shoulder.
It's not funny if somebody's crying.
